Stephen Colbert

Last night I went to a Stephen Colbert booksigning with Heinz and my friend Christy. We got there an hour early and saw the line and said, "No way do we care enough to wait in line!" and went to the cafe. But once he started signing I had a change of heart...we were so close! Heinz went home while Christy and I toughed it out...Stephen Colbert signed for more than 2 hours. There must have been 1,000 people there. Even toward the end, he was still smiling and being nice to people. When we got up there, I said, "I just recently realized that you're Ace!" (From SNL's Ambiguously Gay Duo) and he said, "Yes, I'm Ace!" and then he started doing lines from the sketches in his Ace voice. It was awesome. So in my opinion, it made it all worthwhile.
