Meat 'n' Three
Last night at People, the copy chief asked me what a meat 'n' three was. I went into a really long explanation, and then I asked him where he heard it. He said, "Southern Living." Well, duh. But all that talking about it made me hungry for fried green tomatoes, fried okra, and chicken fried chicken. Which is just like chicken fried steak, except with chicken. I will never get tired of saying that.

A Brat, a block of cheese, a Miller Highlife and another block of cheese.
I miss my Southern food. Even if all the examples you gave were fried.

I had to look up what Donettes were. I've never heard of those. Because I don't eat doughnuts for lunch like some people.
The doughnuts don't bother me. It's the colorful snowballs that disgust me!

You've never heard of Donettes? I ate those like crazy when I was pregnant (really, I used pregnancy as an excuse to eat large quantities of them).
