#1, Made for Entertaining
This home was just made for entertaining. The kitchen is wide open to the eat-in area and keeping room, plus the den is right there with a beautiful porch for guests to spill outside. This house doesn't have a finished basement, but it could be finished later on for a large library and a home theater. This has the smallest backyard of all the homes. There's a little area to play in and room for an herb garden.

Wow,the kitchen is nice but the backyard makes the house seem too big and its not like you can expand a yard. I think it is important to have a big yard, of course you can always put a playset in the front.
This one is lovely, but it's my #3.
Justin is torn between the third one and this one. He doesn't think the small yard should deter you. The patio is nice, plus less to mow.
