#3, Great Neighborbood and Awesome Kitchen

This home has the best neighborhood and kitchen of all the homes. The neighborhood is very family friendly; they close off the street (a cul-de-sac) for block parties. The kitchen is all new: a subzero fridge, 5-burner Wolf stovetop and oven, a microwave/convection oven, a prep sink in the island. The home has 4 bedrooms plus a study, craft room, library, dining room, basement with a wet bar that's perfect for a home theater, and a separate workshop off of the garage. The master bath doesn't have a big jetted tub, but there's room for it to be added later if you want to.

I like this house it looks nice and the kitchen sounds great. What's stopping you guys buy it! But does it have room for a family talent show?

I vote for this one. Not that you're considering my opinion when purchasing a house, but, this one looks awesome!

This is my favorite too. I've been blowing up the pictures to examine them, and this is my favorite, hands-down. Plus, it seems like it has just about everything you're looking for.

I vote for this one, too.
I love the kitchen and deck and you need a craft room.

Ryan and I both vote for this one! (But I don't remember it from the printouts--did you see it yesterday?)

My favorite. LOVE the kitchen. LOVE the deck. You'd have plenty of room to entertain here too.

Which is good. Because then Katie and I have options when we come over for lunch. The kitchen. The patio. The craft room while we work. And really, isn't it all about us?

This house was put on the market just yesterday. Before that it was FSBO. This morning we looked at our top choices again, and then this one last. So we've only seen it once. Oh, and Heinz thinks that I skewed the votes by posting more pictures of this one than the others.

Clearly that means it's your favorite.

You also didn't mention any negatives for this one :)

To paraphrase The Three Little Bears: The yard on the first yard is too small, the yard on the second one is way too large, and the yard on #3 is JUST RIGHT!

Go with this one!
